The honest answer

Choose them if. Choose Keelbid if.

Choose Loopio if

  • You have a response team of ten or more people who answer many RFPs and questionnaires a month and want a library they own.
  • Your buyer or your IT department requires SOC 2 from every vendor today.
  • You need the response tool wired into your CRM and document systems.

Choose Keelbid if

  • You bid a few times a quarter and want the response written, not a tool to write it with.
  • You want every sentence tied to a real file, and the red ones shown rather than smoothed over.
  • Your experts will answer a question from their phone but will not learn a platform.
  • You want the price before the conversation, and no conversation unless you ask.

Loopio also publishes a yearly trends report; its 2024 edition put the average RFP win rate at 43 percent and said two thirds of teams got no new resources. Keelbid exists for the firms in that two thirds.
