The invitation form delivering to our inbox. Today the form on the home and pricing pages sends through this site; if that fails it opens your email app with the request filled in. Either way it reaches hello@keelbid.com and gets a written reply within one business day.
Start the response from your own draft. Send the draft you already have with the RFP; Keelbid keeps what the files prove, marks the rest red and asks.
Your own workspace. $199 a month for your team, your documents, your bids and your experts at your own address. Opens after our first ten client bids; join the list from the pricing page.

keelbid.com went live with the home page, how it works, pricing, security, the Sample Co bid, the glossary, about, two comparison pages and this changelog.
Published prices: red-team review $399 per bid, fixed; full response from $1,500 per bid, quoted in writing within one business day; your own workspace $199 per month, coming.
The security page states what we are and what we are not yet, including the list of certifications we do not hold and the CUI note.
The site makes no third-party requests and runs no analytics. The only scripts are the theme switch, the phone menu and the invitation form.
A light theme, chosen by your system setting or the switch in the top bar; the choice is remembered on your device only.

The company and the app are named Keelbid. The wordmark is the name over the keel curve.
Each client gets its own address, yourco.keelbid.com, with its own sign-in. Clients never sign in on this site.
Files reach a workspace only through its upload screen; no Drive or OneDrive import, by decision.
