The honest answer

Choose them if. Choose Keelbid if.

Choose GovDash if

  • Your proposals carry CUI and your contracting officer expects FedRAMP-level controls from every tool today.
  • You run capture: a pipeline of federal opportunities, teaming, and a CRM your business developers live in.
  • You have a proposal team that will adopt a platform and keep its library current.

Choose Keelbid if

  • Most of your bids are state, local, higher-education or commercial, where those certifications are not required.
  • You want one bid written, proven and submitted, not a platform to run.
  • You want to see which sentence is unproven, and which file proves the rest, before the buyer does.
  • You want a price in writing and no demo.

For a federal bid with CUI, we may tell you that GovDash or another assessed vendor is the better fit. We would rather say so in writing than take a bid we should not hold.
