The terms
What the price covers, and what happens when you leave.
Who sets it up
We do. Nothing to install, nobody to train. Your workspace opens at your own address, yourco.keelbid.com; you sign in with a one-time link to your work email and drag your files in. That is the whole setup.
How the quote is made
The full-response price depends on the solicitation: volumes, pages, forms and pricing work. We read the RFP, then send one number and one date in writing. If the buyer amends the RFP, you get a new quote before any extra work. The $399 review is fixed.
Reviewers
Free and unlimited, from a link on their phone; no account, no seat.
When you leave
Cancel in writing at any time. We export everything you own, then delete the whole workspace: database, files, search index, key and sign-in. The security page says exactly how. Payment is by invoice, after the written quote and before work starts.
Security, in short
Your own cell. Nothing shared.
The full page: what we are, and what we are not yet.
- One private workspace per client. Its own database, its own file store, its own search index, its own encryption key, its own sign-in and its own address. No shared tables.
- Built on Cloudflare, whose government platform is FedRAMP Moderate authorized. Your database and files are stored in the United States.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, with one key per client.
- Your documents are never used to train a model.
- Not yet: SOC 2, FedRAMP, CMMC assessment. Not for classified or ITAR technical data. If your proposal holds federal CUI, read the CUI note first.
The promise
No sales calls.
You will never be asked to book a demo. Every question is answered in writing, usually within one business day, and the answer stays in your inbox. If you want a call, ask for one; we will not ask you.
Questions
Asked before, answered in writing.
Who sees my files?
The one person who runs Keelbid, and the people you invite. Your files live in a workspace built only for you, with its own database, file store and key.
What happens when I leave?
You tell us in writing. We export your files and answers, then delete the whole workspace, including its database history, within 30 days.
Do you train on my documents?
No. Your documents are used to write your response and nothing else. The model vendor does not train on customer data by default and we have not opted in; the security page links its policy.
Is this safe for CUI?
We hold no certifications yet. State, local, higher-education and commercial bids are fine. For federal work with CUI, read the CUI note and ask in writing before uploading; we will say plainly whether we fit.
Why no sales calls?
Because you are busy, and a price that depends on the call is not a price. Everything is written down so you can forward it and hold us to it.
How fast is the first draft?
Usually within two business days of receiving the RFP and your documents. The quote names the date for the draft and the date for the final files, and we keep both.
